Start your day by taking some time out of the festival, out of the body, and enjoy a relaxing meditation session.
During this session we may wander the beach, follow a path through the forest, visit the Akashic library, who knows until the session commences.
Whichever meditation we follow, you will connect with your inner self in a calm and relaxing meditation session and you will feel so much better for the next workshops.
