Having lived in India, Denmark, and now Australia, Bhavana’s practice is deeply influenced by the cultures and rhythms of the places she’s called home. Her classes offer more than just movement—they invite a reconnection to self, to breath, and to the present moment. Whether guiding a dynamic flow or holding space for quiet stillness,Bhavana brings a calm, nurturing energy to her teaching. She believes that the body holds innate intelligence, and through conscious movement, we can access clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging—both within ourselves and the world around us.

Bhavana is a grounded and intuitive movement student and teacher, dedicated to guiding others back home to themselves through mindful embodiment. With 500 hrs of yoga training spread between India, Copenhagen and Bali, her teaching blends traditional wisdom with deep body awareness, creating space for both gentle introspection and joyful exploration.
