Jenni Heinrich

Jenni has been a musician and music teacher for most of her adult life and has always held a strong interest in yoga and meditation. She began practising yoga in her 20s and completed a Vipassana course in 2012.

Jenni discovered Sophrology during a chance meeting in France in 2019. At the time, she was looking for tools to help the children she taught regulate their minds and emotions. She was amazed by the benefits Sophrology brought to her own confidence, calm and peace of mind.

In 2020, Jenni completed a 20-month teacher training course, followed by an Advanced Sophrology course the following year. The advanced training introduced sung syllables to stimulate energy within the body, inspiring Jenni to incorporate sound bowls into her Sophrology sessions.

Jenni now teaches Sophrology courses, online casual classes and sessions at yoga retreats. She also shares her practice at Pilbara Park Stone Yoga Studio, located just north of Eaglehawk in Bendigo.

Her sessions offer a unique blend of breath, movement, meditation, visualisation and sound, creating a gentle space to settle the mind, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
