Nastaran Kiani

Nastaran began her yoga journey in 2015, completing her first teacher training in Cali, Colombia, followed by further studies in Peru, including Yoga Therapy. She spent much of her teaching journey in Iran, where yoga became a deeply personal path of healing — a sacred unfolding that supported her through anxiety, guiding her back to inner balance, presence, and remembrance of self.

Her journey continued through a 300-hour advanced yoga training, with a deeper focus on Meditation Initiations, Kriyas, Kundalini practices, and yoga. These teachings opened another layer of her practice — one that moves beyond the physical body and into breath, energy, awareness, and consciousness.

With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Nastaran weaves together Vinyasa Flow, Warrior Flow, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and Kundalini-inspired practices. She has facilitated numerous Chakra workshops, Meditation journeys, Women’s circles, Full Moon Ceremonies, and Retreats, holding space for transformation and inner awakening.

For Nastaran, yoga is not simply a sequence of movements. It is a journey inward — a way of returning to the body, quieting the mind, awakening the energy within, and remembering the connection between body, heart and spirit. Her intention as a teacher is to create a space where students can move deeply, breathe consciously, and come into closer relationship with themselves.

Her classes are an invitation to go beyond the surface of the practice — to find strength in the body, stillness in the mind, openness in the heart, and perhaps a glimpse of something deeper within.
