Growing up in the Swiss Alps, Vroni Eschler developed an early love for nature, stillness and exploring the world. Her travels eventually led her to India and Nepal, where she spent extended periods living in ashrams and monasteries, immersed in the simplicity and wisdom of spiritual life, often alongside monks and nuns.
During this time, yoga and meditation became an essential part of Vroni’s daily life. In the foothills of the Indian Himalayas, she completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings. It was through the quiet, meditative practice of Yin Yoga that she discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine, a path that deeply resonated with her.
Inspired to explore this connection further, Vroni went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Switzerland and China. Today, she is an acupuncturist, supporting people on their journey towards greater balance, connection and wellbeing.
Earlier this year, Vroni relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where she and her family are slowly creating a new home. She feels deeply grateful to be part of this beautiful festival and to have the opportunity to share her knowledge, experience and practice with the community.
