Nardine Ralph

Nardine Ralph first discovered yoga at the age of 19 and quickly realised its powerful potential to calm the mind, energise the body, and create a sense of balance and connection. For her, yoga has always felt more like a “work in” than a “work out”—a practice she began to crave and continues to return to nearly two decades later.

In 2010, she completed her initial training with Vitality Yoga and has been sharing her love of the practice ever since. A registered member of Yoga Australia, Nardine has studied a range of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Fit/Dynamic, Yin, and Children’s Yoga. However, it is the path of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork that truly lights her up—offering a deep sense of spaciousness, grace, and freedom.

What Nardine loves most is enabling others to have their own felt experience of yoga. As she shares:
“When our breath, our mind, and our body make conscious contact with each other, this is where we feel the most liberation, presence, and inner joy—no matter what life is throwing at us.”

With deep gratitude for how these practices have transformed her on every level, Nardine shares them with care and purpose. Her aim is to create accessible, grounded experiences that leave students feeling steady, aligned, and in harmony with themselves and those around them—tools to navigate the often-bumpy road of life with clarity and resilience.
