Sarah from Symmetry Yoga teaches inclusive, adaptive yoga with a focus on meeting people where they are – in body, rhythm and life. Based in country Victoria, she offers dynamic Flow, supportive Chair, and grounding Yin practices that respect the full spectrum of ability and energy. Sarah incorporates pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra into her practice and her teaching blends movement and stillness with thoughtful use of props, making space for bodies that carry injury, fatigue, or complexity.
Sarah has a calm and practical approach and invites students to move with care rather than performance – offering choices without pressure, and rest without apology.
