Evalina Woodward

With over two decades of dedicated yoga practice and more than 11 years of teaching experience, Evalina brings a depth of wisdom, presence, and skill to every class she leads.

She is a certified teacher in Forrest Yoga, having completed advanced training with Ana Forrest—the renowned creatrix of Forrest Yoga—and has also undergone spiritual training in the 9 Rites of the Munay Ki. Evalina’s unique teaching style blends physical strength and emotional intelligence, supporting students in deep personal transformation.

Her global teaching experience spans England, Australia, and China, where she has guided both young people and adults on their journeys toward self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

With a professional background in the Performing Arts and Education, Evalina integrates creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression into her classes, inviting students to explore their inner landscape with courage and compassion.

Evalina’s approach is firmly rooted in the four pillars of Forrest Yoga: Breath, Strength, Integrity, and Spirit. She is currently the co-Director of BE Yoga Bendigo, alongside her friend and colleague Bec Pryor, where they offer weekly classes, workshops, and special events throughout the year at various venues.
