Ruth Miller began her yoga teaching journey in April 2007, when she opened a home-based studio in Mildura. Over the following 16 years, she led between three to nine classes per week, building a strong local following. In July 2023, Ruth relocated to Bendigo, and by September 2024, she began teaching weekly classes at Crusoeden Body in Kangaroo Flat.
With a wealth of experience, Ruth skillfully tailors her classes to suit both beginners and more advanced students. Her teaching style blends Hatha and Yin yoga postures with calming breathwork techniques, creating a balanced practice that nurtures both body and mind.
