Rose, Embody Healing is a social worker, EFT and Reiki practitioner and Chakradance facilitator. She is passionate about wellness from within and centring ourselves as the experts and catalysts for change. She has training in trauma informed approaches, a student of mindful self compassion and meditation and loves spending time with animals, nature and loved ones.
