Carla Jenkins is a Trauma-Informed Coach, Usui Reiki Master, Teacher, and Retreat Host based in Sunbury. She is devoted to guiding women back to their real, raw, and wild selves by embracing their most authentic expression.
Carla’s work centres around the transformative power of integrating the shadow—the parts of ourselves we’ve been conditioned to hide or suppress. Through unapologetic self-expression, she helps women reclaim their truth, unmask vulnerabilities, and transform perceived flaws into powerful sources of strength.
With lived experience of the emotional struggles that come with disconnection and low self-worth, Carla’s approach is deeply compassionate and rooted in truth. Having spent 35 years feeling unheard, misunderstood, and trapped in patterns of people-pleasing, she has walked the path back to herself—and now holds space for others to do the same.
Her mission is not to guide women toward some idealised version of self, but to honour the messy, wild, and beautifully human parts that make us whole. Through her offerings, she empowers women to reconnect with their inner power, truth, and raw authenticity.
