Dianne Johnston

Dianne Johnston is a certified yoga teacher, having completed her 350-hour training with the Australian Yoga Academy in 2018. With a background as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, Dianne launched her own mental health practice, Think Focus Act, in 2016, where she integrated a yoga studio to support holistic healing.

Her passion lies in guiding students into stillness, balance, and conscious breathing through gentle, accessible yoga practices. Drawing from traditional Hatha styles, Dianne’s teaching is calming, precise, and supportive — ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more mindful approach. Her classes, simply named Gentle Yoga, are designed to cultivate inner awareness, ease stress, and gently open the body through intentional movement and breath.
