Jenna Swain

Jenna Swain began her yoga journey 15 years ago, and her practice deepened significantly five years ago when she committed to fully living the principles of yoga. As a professional who moved frequently across Australia, yoga became her grounding force—offering stability, clarity, and a sense of community wherever she went.

Jenna is trained in both the Tantric and Yin traditions, holding 250 hours of teacher training in Tantra and 150 hours in Yin Yoga. She teaches Flow and Yin Yoga with a focus on accessibility, anatomical awareness, and mindful presence.

Her love of music and singing found new expression through Kirtan, where voice, movement, and yogic philosophy come together. Through mantra and gentle movement, Jenna creates a space where students can explore yoga not just as a practice, but as a joyful and meaningful path to connection—with self, others, and the present moment.
