Bee Ludeman

Bee’s yoga journey began on the quiet, nurturing path of yin. In the tender stillness of those early classes, she found a place where her mind could soften, her breath could deepen, and the first threads of healing could gently weave together. With her own lived experience of mental health challenges and a background in mental health nursing, she brings a natural warmth and calming presence that welcome others into safety and ease. Her guidance flows like a quiet tide — gentle movement carrying students into deeply grounding yin and restorative poses, rooted in trauma-informed and nervous system-supportive principles. Each class becomes a soft landing place where tension releases, the mind unwinds, and calm returns home to the body.
