With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, Michelle discovered yoga following a spinal injury, an experience that revealed the transformative power of mindful movement, breath and contemplative practice. This journey continues to shape her teaching, creating space for students to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater ease, presence and inner stillness.
The lead trainer at the Asha Yoga School in Melbourne, Michelle delivers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, mentoring and supporting the next generation of yoga teachers. She also leads local and international retreats, creating nurturing spaces for deep rest, connection and personal transformation.
Michelle teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and meditation with an inclusive, body-positive approach that invites students into a more intuitive and compassionate relationship with themselves and the Divine.
