is a psychologist and yoga teacher passionate about bringing together the science of the mind and the wisdom of the body. With over 30 years’ experience working in psychology, alongside her long standing yoga practice, she has developed a deep appreciation for the ways yoga can support one’s mental health, wellbeing and general functioning. Danielle is particularly interested in the ways yoga can support neurodiverse minds, including ADHD, as well as those experiencing anxiety to seek greater balance, connection and ease in everyday life.
Through accessible movement, breath and mindfulness practices, Danielle helps participants work with restless energy, settle the nervous system and cultivate greater presence and calm. She believes yoga is not about flexibility, perfection or getting a pose “right”, but about creating an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and develop greater awareness of ourselves. Danielle is passionate about sharing yoga with people of all abilities and helping them discover practices that can support wellbeing both on and off the mat.
Yvette is a yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience with personal practice. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Yvette has seen firsthand how yoga can help a neurodivergent brain find calmness and stillness. That experience is at the heart of why she’s passionate about making yoga genuinely accessible to everyone. Her teaching style is thoughtful and inclusive, and she’s proud to have helped students of all ages and abilities find their way onto the mat: including her Hatha, chair yoga and meditation students, and even her over-90-year-old parents!
