I am a yoga enthusiast who has studied Yoga for Women, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for All. I believe that yoga can be enjoyed and experienced by everyone, regardless of age and body type. I offer a warmhearted approach using the breath with movement and practising self-compassion. The resulting calmness and openness will allow you to feel freer in your body and mind.
An avid student of yoga for more than 20 years, I love exploring the ways we can move our bodies and constantly learn and adapt. I bring in elements of playfulness and fun whilst also challenging your mindset of what yoga is.
