Rosaland is a yoga enthusiast who has studied womens yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for all. She believe that yoga can be enjoyed and experienced by everyone, regardless of age and body type. Roz offers a warmhearted approach using the breath with movement and practicing compassion. The resulting calmness and openness will allow you to feel freer in your body and mind. An avid student of yoga for more than 20 years, Roz loves exploring the ways we can move our bodies and constantly learn and adapt. She bring in elements of playfulness and fun whilst also challenging your mindset of what yoga is. Being mindful of your own body and moving at your own pace is fundamental to your yoga practice.
