I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years, Qigong for 5 and am a trained meditation/mindfulness teacher. I teach in various settings throughout the Western suburb of Melbourne. I am passionate about all aspects of yoga/ qigong/movement and love yoking the styles and sharing it. My aim for the practitioner is to develop a simple intimacy, through the body. To move with an intent of exploration: developing the capacity to listen and trust the body’s intelligence, develop curiosity, depth of understanding and presence.
