Swami Prema Ananda, (Pauline Rooney) has dedicated over 43 years studying, practicing, teaching traditional Hatha Yoga and Personal Development. she brings a wealth of wisdom, authenticity, and compassion to her students.
Her journey began with a deep personal calling to understand the mind, body, and spirit connection. Immersing herself in yoga philosophy, meditation, and holistic living. Swami has taught countless classes, teacher training programs, written extensively on yoga, wellbeing and supporting individuals in their personal journeys.
As a senior teacher and mentor, Swami has an ability to make yogaaccessible and meaningful for all ages and levels. Her approach integrates posture, breath, mindfulness, and self-awareness, empowering students to enhance physical health and cultivate inner peace, resilience, and clarity of their mind.
