Bel is a down to earth person who knows how to add in joy to her teaching whilst holding space during times when a deeper moment is being shared. Bels love for being on the mat and sharing her knowledge, has come from her own experience of feeling yoga expand her life and help support and regulate times when she has experienced anxiety and depression.
With her ashtanga yoga training in India and her Tantric & energetic yoga training in both Thailand and Melbourne, Bel brings an experience for your body, mind and spirit to her yoga classes. Bel feels this connection to nature’s cycles is what led her to practice and teach yoga; she loves guiding an experience and witnessing the growth that can happen on and off the mat when we practice presence and self-awarenes
