Gili’s Yoga journey began more than 20 years ago and she has been teaching and sharing the practice for over a decade now. She brings energy, passion and years of experience to all her classes
“Yoga for me is a philosophy and way of life. Practicing with many great teachers around the world I have developed my own self practice that has supported me throughout life. In 2009 I received my teacher training accreditation at the Australia Yoga Academy in Melbourne (accredited by International Registry of Yoga Professionals) and have been teaching traditional Yoga in the Ashtanga spirit since then I invite you to join me for a flowing practice synchronizing breath and movement to create strength in the body and peace in the mind. I am looking forward to sharing the gifts of Yoga with you.”
