Having been brought up on the Abrolhos Islands, I have always had a deep connection with the Ocean. I am drawn to the water and love the calm feeling when I’m near it. I love the concept of water logic and The Blue Mind. After practicing yoga for over 15 years including multiple yoga retreats in different spots all over the world, I did my 200hr YTT with the very amazing legends at Yoke Yoga in Melbourne. Since then, I’ve continued my training with Chris Wilson from Yoke with his Pranayama training, as well as alignment and teacher guidance. Additionally, I trained in Yin & Chinese medicine with Hugh Lee and completed Meditation & Mindfulness Training with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield. Recently I have completed Traditional Chinese Medicine Yoga Training and Lymphatics Yoga Training with the Yoga Medicine team.In November 2021, I Co-Founded Yacht Club Yoga in Port Melbourne (www.yachtclubyoga.com). Its where we Sail into the present whilst stretching and strengthening. Focus on movements & breath, smell the sea air, and hear the tinkle of ropes on masts. It’s a place where we practice over water, listening to the waves and encourage the calm of a Blue Mind. Its what I love.
