Bec is a passionate yoga teacher who loves the sense of community that is created when practicing together as a group. She loves to see her students progress in their regular practice and the impact this has off the mat in their daily lives.
Bec completed her certificate of Ayurveda Yoga Teaching and has furthered her knowledge through completion of ‘Rainbow Kids Yoga’ and the ‘Love Your Brain’ yoga teacher training (yoga for people affected by traumatic brain injury, including concussion). Bec wants to make her yoga accessible for everyone.
Bec is passionate about breath work and the impact it has on the body both immediately and through regular practise.
Bec enjoys teaching yoga. She loves the feeling of energy that can be created and transferred when practising with others. Bec strives to create a positive environment in her classes where everyone feels welcome.
Bec is currently a co-Director and teacher at BE Yoga Bendigo with her friend and colleague Evalina Woodward, offering classes at Spring Gully Hall.
