Bronte Spicer is a primary teacher from way back, a beautiful sacred space holder, applied mindfulness specialist and a powerful voice for mental health. Bronte teaches people how to apply advanced mindfulness techniques to painful memories and negative self-talk so they overcome depression and create the life they really want. Bronte is a published author in the celebrated collaboration ‘More Than a Mum’ and an award-winning writer for Elephant Journal.
