Lea has been practising yoga for over 30 years, and teaching for almost 10 years after completing a 2 year in-depth Satyananda course (similar to Hatha). This course included the original teachings of yoga nidra – a beautiful relaxation practice! She is also a Registered Nurse and loves how these two vocations complement each other. Lea finds a profound joy in seeing the nurturing, peace, and calm that yoga can bring to people’s lives.
