Jennifer Hendry

Jen has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and is currently sharing her passion for yoga with students in Castlemaine. She integrates her classical yoga, yin yoga, reiki and crystal singing bowls training to hold a space for students to move well, breathe well and be well. Jen is known for her ability to make yoga accessible and enjoyed by all ages and abilities.  Her classes are a combination of hatha and yin style yoga which incorporate breath and movement to relax, reconnect and rejuvenate.
